Getting Started

  1. You will need to arrange an appointment with the Director of Weddings as soon as your wedding date is approved to discuss the details relating to your ceremony at EPC. The Director of Weddings will assist you with the following:

    • Calendar Reservations
    • Facility Reservations
    • Security Deposits/Payments/Fees
    • Video/Audio/Technical Needs
    • At this appointment, important information relating to church policies, agreements regarding floral and photography/videography will be explained. You will be asked to sign the Wedding  Agreement. The Director of Weddings will answer any questions you may have and address any special needs concerning your special day.

    All EPC members are expected to participate in Pre-marital Counseling sessions with Pastor and with Pastor of Counseling Ministries. Information concerning this will be given.
