General Information
-
If you are a member of EPC, an appointment with Pastor Flowers is requested before you announce your engagement.
-
All weddings are scheduled through the Director of Weddings at EPC. Schedule a meeting with our Director to set the date of your wedding, book the facilities requested and discuss any specific needs at this time. Every effort will be made to schedule your wedding on the date you desire. However, due to the large number of activities at EPC, we suggest that you have several options in mind. The Director of Weddings is representing EPC and it’s property and does not coordinate your wedding. If you desire a Wedding Coordinator, the Director can assist you with this at a separate cost.
-
To qualify for booking the facilities as a member, either the bride or groom must be an active member for a minimum of six months .If neither the bride or groom are members, but the parents of the bride or groom are members in good standing, the couple may receive approval from the Pastor to proceed with their wedding at EPC. The bride, groom, or their parents may schedule the wedding up to nine months in advance. Non-members are permitted to schedule up to six months in advance.
